The first vehicle is a Renault Master which is a single vehicle transporter for light recovery work and onward recovery. This transporter has a "Tiger Truck's" rear body built as a fixed bed with a beaver tail. It is fitted with aluminium ramps and an electric winch making loading casualty vehicles simple and straightforward.
The 
second vehicle is a 6x6 Foden recently added to our heavy recovery fleet. The Foden has a Turner/Martian crane and an Atlas lorry loader type crane to cope with even the most awkward recovery situation. There is also a 10 tonne hydraulic winch mounted on the front of the vehicle, for self recovery situations and this is an invaluable addition in cases of extreme weather. You certainly won't miss it when it's on recovery.
